Filling Station Privacy Policy

Filling Station is a mobile application published by RayhanWorld Solutions and used to record fuel station transactions, scan vehicle plate information, manage operator workflows, and export reports.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected through the app, how that information is used, and what choices are available to users and organizations that operate the service.

Information we collect

• Account information such as name, email address, role, company, and branch assignment
• Fuel transaction details such as vehicle number, fuel type, quantity, unit price, total amount, station name, and notes
• Camera-captured images or scanned text used for plate recognition and operational entry
• Exported report files such as CSV downloads generated by the user
• Session and technical data needed to keep users signed in and maintain app security

How we use information

• Authenticate users and manage secure role-based access
• Create, store, and display fuel entry records
• Support OCR-assisted vehicle plate scanning workflows
• Generate, download, and share operational reports
• Improve reliability, security, and performance of the service

Camera and OCR usage

The app requests camera access only when a user chooses to scan a vehicle plate or related image. Captured content is used to extract relevant text for operational purposes.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information processed in the app may be transmitted to the organization’s backend systems and authorized service infrastructure for app functionality, storage, reporting, and administration.

Information may also be shared when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the safety, rights, and security of users, operators, or the service.
